Requesting Regular Medication
If you need to request your medication, use your registered online access account as it is the most secure way. Alternatively, you may email your request with the following information:
Include “Medication request” in the subject line
Include the patient’s name , date of birth and medication requested
Include the name of your nominated pharmacist
Include the best contact number for you (and that of patient if different).
If you do not include all the information your request may be delayed. Please still allow up to 2 working ways for this to be checked and authorised. We advise you check with your pharmacist that it is ready before you collect.
